Shipping and returns

Eligible US clothing returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days after the request is submitted. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. Customers pay return postage except for shipping errors or damaged items. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Noncompliant returns may be refused or have a deduction of up to 20%. No exchanges. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the supplier receives the return.
