Current e-bike delivery covers the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not included in the current e-bike delivery program.
Timing varies by product, delivery ZIP code, and current availability. We provide the applicable estimate before payment and send tracking information when the order ships.
Examine the package before accepting an e-bike or other large item. If the carton has severe visible damage, refuse delivery when the carrier permits and take clear photographs of the carton, labels, and damage. Contact JSK Marketplace promptly so we can document the issue.
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation may no longer be possible. Refused or redirected shipments that are not caused by damage or an incorrect item may be subject to actual delivery and return costs, where permitted by law.
E-bikes and other large or specialized products may require additional delivery coordination. We will explain any special requirements, available services, and applicable charges before payment.
