Supplier warranty: the battery, motor, and controller are covered for 12 months; the display, suspension, gears, handlebar, crank, and charger are covered for 6 months; and listed wear components are covered for 1 month. Defect claims require photos or video and serial-number evidence. Supplier parts and logistics coverage applies during the applicable warranty period.
Returns and cancellations
Unused items may be returned within 7 days; the buyer pays return freight. Orders with tracking already issued cannot be cancelled. Refused delivery may incur a $180 return fee plus related loss. Quality-problem returns within 30 days require supplier technician verification.
