Return the bag unused, in its original condition, with its original tags and SKU-labeled packaging. You pay return postage unless the item arrives damaged or there is a shipping error. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet the conditions may incur a deduction of up to 20% or be declined. Exchanges are not available.
